Credits cover the AI work used to plan, generate and render your video. Output estimates are for 1080p first drafts. The actual cost depends on the footage, models and complexity; revisions use additional credits. Your project shows an estimate before work begins.

No. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are replaced by the next cycle’s allowance. Monthly credits are used before permanent top-up credits.

Buy additional credits or upgrade your plan. Top-ups require an active subscription, never expire and add no storage. Any permanent credits left after your subscription ends remain available to spend.

Yes. The USD plan prices, monthly credit allowances and storage are the same on the website and iOS. Purchases fund the same workspace balance. Apple displays its localized price and handles purchases made in the iOS app; the website uses Stripe. Taxes and local currency pricing may vary.

An upgrade starts a new billing cycle immediately with the full new plan allowance, replacing the old monthly allowance. Unused subscription time is credited or refunded through your payment provider. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. The same timing applies on web and iOS.

Yes. Cancel renewal through your original payment provider. Your plan remains active until the end of its current billing cycle. Permanent top-up credits do not expire, and existing files are not automatically deleted.

Each subscription belongs to a workspace. Its members share the credit balance and storage. The member who pays manages the subscription; workspace admins can purchase top-ups.

On the website, you can opt into Stripe auto top-ups with a saved payment method. On iOS, Ghostmotion can prompt you to top up, but every Apple purchase requires your confirmation.
