How We Made the Kairos Launch Film
A 40-second prediction-markets film shaped through real product capture, beat-level edits, and 15 rounds of precise direction.
From brief to final cut.
Show the product's real actions
We recorded the Terminal, selected a market, looked at live trades, filled an order, opened Portfolio, and explored Copy Trading profiles. The landing page helped establish the brand; the app recording gave the film its product detail. We asked Ghostmotion to study Kairos's existing videos for style without inserting those videos into our cut.
Find the right first beat
The first build used “COLD” from its beginning. After reviewing it, we moved the track start to roughly six seconds in, just before the drop, and opened directly on the Kairos logo. This removed an unnecessary setup and gave the first product claim more impact.
Make each line earn its place
We replaced a crowded introduction with “Three venues, in one terminal.” and asked for words to arrive with the beat. We changed the display type to Anton to echo Kairos's own video style. Small labels that distracted from the main message were removed.
Review exact sections, then iterate
Across 15 rounds, we cut a slow Onebook passage, compared the cut with Kairos's films frame by frame, and requested a moving 3D camera for Terminal, Copy Trading, and order-book moments. We tried stronger text motion, then selectively reverted it while keeping the improved colors.
Finish with a clear product story
The late Speed section had too many disconnected words. We refocused it on what real time meant in this product: order book, trades, and news. We also shortened the climax without losing its beat alignment. The final film keeps the brand line at the end, where it has room to land.
Three frames. One story.

Make the next cut better.
- Record the actual product path before asking for cinematic treatment of its UI.
- Timecoded feedback and approved copy give a long revision process direction.
- If an experiment weakens a scene, name what to undo and what to retain.
